In exchange for my personalized real estate account I agree to work with one of your professional buyers’ consultants!
I agree to:
1. Make all offers on a home, new construction, investment property, or other real estate through your professional buyers’ consultant.
2. Inform all real estate agents, builders, or “for sale by owners” that I am working with your professional buyers’ consultant.
3. Notify your professional buyers’ consultant of any homes I wish to visit or builders I wish to interview.
4. Seek pre-approval from a lender in a timely fashion. We will provide a financing specialist to assist you with your financing needs or you can use another lender of your preference.
Your Buyers’ Consultant agrees to:
1. Assist you in your property search by using all of the information sources available to a licensed real estate professional to help ensure that you are informed of all homes or building sites meeting your needs.
2. Arrange private showings for all homes that you wish to see or arrange meetings with the best builders in the area.
3. Answer all real estate related questions that you have.
4. Discuss strategies about the offer price and contract terms.
5. Assist with the preparation of an offer that is in your best interest once the right home is found.
6. Present the offer on your behalf to the seller, seller’s agent, “for sale by owner”, or builder.
7. Negotiate the offer in your best interest at all times to get the best possible deal.
8. Assist you through contract fulfillment and closing.
9. Do everything possible to ensure that you receive exceptional service from everyone throughout the buying process. We are here to serve you!
Our goal is to ensure that all of your real estate needs are met. We will do everything in our power to meet this goal. In return we are simply asking for your commitment to work exclusively with our professional buyers’ consultants. You are under no obligation to buy or build a home through our network, but if you do buy or build you are committing to the responsibilities specified above.
